This post will focus on the TOP Apps and websites that most entrepreneurs should know about and use. They will help the average entrepreneur be more resourceful and efficient.
When it comes to the digital age that we live in, it’s important to be your own type of Genius. You need to continually be learning and researching in the niche that you are navigating in for your business or brand because things are ever changing by the second.
1. Fiverr.com: Fiverr is a website and marketplace for entrepreneurs to hire freelancers for tasks and services for as low as $5. This site has been a godsend. I have hired freelancers for everything from Resume editing to installing my wordpress theme. You can hire freelancers for just about anything you need. Fire away in the search box.
2. Canva: Canva is a free graphic design app that allows you to create logos, resumes and even media kits. I use this app mostly to make graphics for my social media platforms and for my blog. Soon and very soon I will be using Canva to update/create my Fashion resume. This app should definitely be download and ready on your phone.
3. Snapseed: Snapseed is a photo editing app and it has to be one of my favorite ones because you can basically turn a photobomb into a solo photo with the click of a button on the app. I use this photo a lot for photos that I have taken on my phone for the blog and I get tons of compliments on the quality of my pictures. This app is definitely a must-have!
4. Hypetype: Is a creative “story” creator app. If you want to spice up your IG with consistent and different fonts from whats offered on IG this is the app for you.
5. Lightroom: Lightroom is another great photo editing app that I use in addition to the Snapseed app. You can whiten up backgrounds to make your clothing pop in photos. But there are also tons of filters and tools that I’m pretty sure mirror those expensive programs that most photographers use to edit photos. Did I mention this app is FREE too?
6. Command App: The Command app is perfect for the entrepreneur or business owner who uses IG as a business outlet or too to generate traffic to stores, websites or blogs. On the app it generates a grade based on the posts you currently have on IG. Taking in consideration hashtags you use, tags and frequency of posts. You can use the app to see the best day/time to post on IG. Tons of data that lets you know how to improve your IG account and appeal to your target audience.
7. Over: The Over app is very similar to Canva but it has a strong focus on unique templates, graphic and fonts. I recently used the app to create the profile category headers for my IG stories. It took less than 5 minutes to do. But again you create tons of content or social media fillers for you IG with the Over app.
8. Arrive: I’ve mentioned the Arrive app on IG. It keeps track of shipments that may be coming to your or even items that you’ve sent out to other people. Works for business and personal. I use it for my shopify order that I send out for my customers and its helpful to quickly have a resource to let you know when shipment are delivered.
I hope my app/website round up has been helpful and you’ve learned about ones that you may not have heard of before. Let me know in the comments other apps/websites that weren’t mentioned and I’ll add them to this post!
